LIVIN Studio, in direct collaboration with Utrecht University, has developed a novel fungal food product grown on (plastic) waste, cultivated by utilising a prototype for growing, as well as culinary tools to eat it. LIVIN Studio strongly believes that food production needs to be revolutionised and more technologies are needed to farm under extreme environmental conditions.
